THE PROCESS
In a way this is a labour of love, and I do love my job!
​
My cakes can take many hours to create, before they are ready for collection. Each cake is bespoke, and therefore before I even start baking, I will draw and scale each design. Once this is ready, I have a 3 day turnaround so the cake is as fresh as possible for you. Cakes are freshly baked, drizzled with a sugar syrup and layered with a rich buttercream and delicious preserves. They are then covered with a smooth Belguim chocolate ganache and covered with fondant. Then the designing can start!

Prices for my cakes are dependent on a number of factors including size and the complexity of the design.
​
Please note my diary does get booked up quickly, so to avoid disappointed I recommend booking 2-3 months in advance, and even sooner during the summer wedding season.

COLLECTION
All celebration cakes are to be collected from my workshop on the day of the event or can be collected earlier if arranged directly with myself.
For tiered cakes or more elaborate designs delivery can be agreed at the time of order. Please note there will be a charge for mileage for this.
